Accessibility Statement

Our approach to an accessible website and a direct way to report barriers or request another format.

Effective and last updated:

1. Our approach

ArcStack aims to make its public website and workspaces usable with keyboards, assistive technology and different screen sizes. Our design and engineering target the relevant WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria. This is a development objective, not a claim of independently certified or complete conformance.

We work on meaningful headings and labels, visible focus, readable contrast, text alternatives and reduced-motion support. Features and content change, so accessibility needs continued testing rather than a one-time promise.

2. Coverage and limitations

Some third-party demo sites, embedded services, uploaded documents and historic PDFs may not offer the same accessibility as the core website. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit of every route and document. If something prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, please tell us rather than relying on this statement as confirmation that no barriers exist.

3. Report a barrier or request a format

Email arcstacka@gmail.com with the subject “Accessibility”, the page address, the task you were trying to complete and what went wrong. If helpful, include your browser and assistive technology, but do not send passwords or confidential client information.

You may request an accessible text version of a document or an alternative way to complete a process. Tell us your preferred contact method and we will discuss a practical option. If a problem concerns a third-party service, we will explain what we can change or help you find an alternative.
