How long does a website project take?
A Starter website typically takes 1–2 weeks from content collection to launch. Business and Growth websites take 2–4 weeks depending on the number of pages and features. E-commerce and custom applications are scoped individually. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content (text, photos, logos) arrives — once we have it, the build moves fast.
Do you use templates?
We can use established technologies and components where appropriate, but our solutions are customized around each client’s requirements.
What do I need to provide before work starts?
Your logo (if you have one), a short description of your business and services, any photos you want to use, and your contact details. If you do not have polished content, do not worry — we structure everything for you and help you write it. A domain name is helpful but we can assist with registering one.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. ArcStack can provide hosting setup and ongoing website maintenance through our monthly care plans.
Do you offer payment plans for project work?
Yes. Project work is split into staged payments — typically a deposit to begin, a payment at design approval and the balance at launch. For monthly services (ArcStack Care, Growth and Pro), billing is a simple fixed monthly amount with no lock-in contract.
Can you maintain my existing website?
Yes. Depending on the technology and condition of the existing website, we can provide maintenance, optimization or redevelopment.
